Description: Custom Motor Laminations stamped loose or assembled into stacks - introducing laser welding, as well as tig welding, epoxy bonded and riveted. Wingard stamps all electrical steels and exotics for rotors, stators, steppers, fields, armatures, linears, E'S, I's, and end fibers. Medium to low volume production ranging from 5,000 pcs. to 2 million parts per year. Each lamination is stamped complete in one hit including diameters from .500" to 18". Due to one hit process part variation is less than .0003". Wingard's exclusive Hydroblank tooling is a very moderate one time charge and tool lead time average 6 - 8 weeks.

Description: Offers a spool recycling service to coil winders so that they have an environmentally friendly way to dispose of empty plastic spools once they have used the wire in their processes. This saves the coil winder from having to pay disposal coast, and it keeps plastics from being buried in landfills. The spools are recycled back to the wire producers to help keep packaging costs low and thus keep the price of wire down.
